Girl, let me tell you a story that happen to me with head lice. Years ago, my children were in day care. After about a month I noticed my head itched, my children were always scratching their heads. I took a flash light and started separating the hair and to my surprised I seen little tiny nats. Which later revealed head lice" I bought the medicine shampoo. Boil hair brushes, va carpets, washed all bed linens and cleaned the furniture. Took all stuff animals sealed in plastic bags for two weeks. The whole thing. Thought I was rid of them. Then one evening, my son had little red bite marks around his neck. Started looking and they were back. Done the whole thing over. Same thing a month later. Now I was mad and upset. Took the children to the doctor. He prescribed a prescription medicine. Same thing next month. Finally after 250.00 poorer. I had to cut my daughter's long beautiful hair to a very short hair cut. Shaved my son's head and cut my hair. Took them out of day care and had my mother in law watched them. They were gone. I have never had them again. It took me a year to rid our family of these filthy bugs. You have to get each and every egg out of their head. Mayonnaise is what my doctor had me use after I done the shampoo. Mayonnaise or cooking oil. This will not only kill them, but help get the eggs off of the hair. It also kept them away. I put mayonnaise on their heads every week. So use the medicated shampoo and start using mayonnaise or cooking oil and leave on hair for 30 minutes. Do this for a few weeks and they should be gone for good.

When choosing a Best Answer or judging the credibility of the answer, I always consider the spelling, punctuation, capitalization, grammar, etc. of the answer. To me, they are an indication of the education level, interest, and intelligence (and probably age) of the answerer. I think that there are many non-native English speakers here, and many of them communicate quite well. But there are also a large number of kids who are too ignorant or lazy to try to express themselves according to established convention. They use their own "Webspeak" to differentiate themselves from adults and form their own community. But I think they're in for a big shock when they enter college or the workplace where the ability to write clearly, concisely, and correctly is a major factor in success.

Looks like this year's game might be the best WWE game of all time, or possibly the worst. The idea of using the face ons just brings back bad memories, specifically Legends of WrestleMania. This game was an absolute nightmare. If the controls are similar, this game may become unplayable. The building up momentum has been in every WWE game to date, so that is nothing exciting, but sometimes you need to be able to hit that move right away. Here are two cases. One: Lets say I play as Cena against Miz. I might by attempting an AA, but Miz reverses it because that happens in real life. Two: Lets say I'm Randy Orton in a Fatal-4 Way against Cena, Miz, and Morrison. Some guys (like Orton) hit their finisher multiple times in matches. So instead of hitting an RKO, building momentum, hitting another RKO, building momentum, then hitting the third RKO, make it so I can hit Cena with an RKO, followed by Miz, followed by Morrison to make it more realistic.

Virus that hijacks security system?

I turned on my computer tonight and all of the sudden Windows XP security has taken over my computer. I cannot uninstall, I cannot delete or turn off, I cannot surf the web, because it claims to be an unsafe page and won't let me continue. It gives me an option to continue...but won't click the link. I can't do a thing and I don't know if my antivirus will even detect it since it claims to be a security enhancer. When it pops up, it tells me I am infected and need to scan...it starts automatically and (surprise!) finds 5 or 6 viruses...then takes me to a page to purchase a program to fix it. The only problem is that this page claims to be from Windows...yet has typos...such as "Widows" XP and "pervent" data loss. I am currently doing a more comprehensive antivirus scan but I don't know if it will help...any suggestions???

IPod 3G troubles; top bar disappears?

I have an iPod touch 3G and I'm having a problem with it. The top bar sometimes just disappears. (The bar with the time, wi-fi connection, battery power etc. on it at the top) My iPod is jailbroken but I haven't had this problem until recently. Sometimes the bar will reappear if I go to turn it off, and then cancel. But I was wondering if there is something that is causing this or if it's just a glitch of 3G iPod touches. I would say the Toshiba. The upgradability to 8Gb RAM is a definite plus. Apart from that, the base memory you get is 3Gb, which is a good start. System spec between most of the other features is about the same. I've had a Toshiba laptop before and found it to be pretty reliable.

How do i get a plastic bottle cap out a bottle cup sized hoover tube?????

Have you tried blowing it out. Wipe the opening on the opposite side of the tube where the cap is with some rubbing alcohol till it's clean and let dry. Then take a deep breath and blow through the tube, sealing the tube by pressing it against your face. This should dislodge the cap enough to where you should be able to shake the cap out.

Should I get a CHI flat iron or a Solia? 1" or 1 1/4" ? Which is better quality?

I used my daughter's CHI flat iron and loved how quickly I could straighten my hair. Although it seemed to slip from my hand easily, but not a big deal. A lot of the flat iron reviews say that the flat irons don't last very long.....like as little as one year. I think we would all like them to last longer than that! The roasting pieces I add fat to keep them moist at a lower heat. The stew, I do in again wine or a dark beer, I have to brown them well first, Bring them down from the high heat to simmer slowly for a good while.

You can ask a well trusted freind to take care of the dog while you are gone so they can watch, walk and feed the dog. you can also take your dog to a kennel. he will have to be up to date on shots and maybe another shot for kennel something just to keep your dog safe and the other dogs. the dog stays there and they take care of all of the dogs needs some will even pamper your pet before you pick them up. the 3rd opion is to take the dog with you all the dog would have to be up to date on everything and you have to have the plastic crate to fly

Should I admit to my mom I'm schizophrenic?

I went through ual abuse for two years as a child. I was quiet and spent my time reading. I would read at the table, during recess, in the car, at the store, everywhere I could that was my escape. Later I told my mother about the abuse and we moved to a different state, my abuser is now in jail. Yet I became depressed and stopped reading. I began to write and that helped but my main character was a violent murderer who felt regret for her sins. As I went to a different school (7th grade) I began to toy with the idea of not being human. I sure didn't feel like it and I was pretty odd. I fought against it for awhile but eventually gave it. While living under this delusion that in my past life I was this killer, and I wasn't human, and had abilities such as being empath, psychic, and talking to the dead. I met my wonderful boyfriend while living in this delusion. He played along and said he wasn't human so I wouldn't feel alone. For almost three years I lived like that, I truly believed all that I said. I had flashbacks, conversations with those in a different realm "telepathicly" I was oppressed by the overflow of energy and stress that came with it. I was scared to tell people anything because I thought I'd be locked up in a padded room. Then not even half a week ago, I stopped talking to the voices and stopped doing anything and really thought about it. A couple of times I'd think that maybe it wasn't real maybe I was just insane and human but brushed it off. Then I finally realized it wasn't real. None of it was. I used my imagination to craft a world of fantasy around me to deal with the trama from the abuse. I won't lie I had a breakdown and i've been on the verge of one since last Wensday. Now I am a sophmore in highschool and I'm worried about my future. I accept that I am schizophrenic and I've been feeling better once I got out of my delusion but I'm being haunted by the voices, and I'm getting hallucionations, plus my emotions are out of wack. I'm also struggling with religion, I want to believe god is real but then I think of what I've done and what I truly believed and I feel ashamed...So I partially believe that god is a delusion built by people to cope with life. Yet then I'm worried about my future, I want a job as a baker in a small pastry cafe and I want to either self educate myself or go to community college but my family is poor. I want to tell my mom but she'd cry and worry and we'd have to go get me professionally diagnosed. I'm scared of consulers and I refuse to take medicene. But then I hear that I can get scolarships for having a mental illness, but wouldn't the reputation affect my job and the way people precieve me? Half the time I'm depressed or thinking of cutting again (a past addiction) or killing myself to make it stop but I don't want to die I just want to fix myself...My boyfriend has been supportive and partially blames himself for lying to humor my delusion but at the same time if he hadn't I would have probably never gotten out of it or I would have been so caught up in it I would have killed myself. I'm not sure what I want in life. Each day is a struggle...But I can act through it, that's what I normally do. I can also interpet body language well and I study psychology in my free time. First, get yourself a good fish book. I recommend any Innes book. Follow any directions. Second, stop with those crappy fish which are nothing more than one big pain in the ***. Third, too much light causes algae and overfeeding makes the tank filthy. Fourth, drain the tank, wash everything in a solution of 2 gallons of water and 1 cap of chlorine bleach. Rinse several times with water. Fifth, put everything back, add water and let it age for at least 3-4 days with the filter going. Sixth, get yourself a pair of guppies and a pair of sail fin black mollies, 2 catfish. NO snails, in a couple of months your tank will have 10's of 1000's and are very hard to get rid of. Adding some kosher salt to the water is a good thing. Check the Innes book for the ratio of salt to water. Turn of the light at night or better yet put it on a timer. Never shut the filter/aerator except to clean it. There's a lot more but buy the book and have fun.

My dog had an improper urethrostomy and now he pees on his leg. Is there corrective surgery for this?

I seem to have a problem with communication. I recently asked my mother and her boyfriend to not allow their dogs on my furniture. My question if i have appendicitis because today at school, in my first subject this morning one of my body parts or it is like below my abdomen i think is aching and i don't know why(FYI: I just finish my menstruation)...then it really didn't stop aching and i don't want to go home because i thought that it's just a stomached and i just can let it out by farting...I stand and walk a little then go back to my seat at our free time... after maybe 2 1/2 hours it stop for awhile then when i lay it hurts so i immediately seat straight... Cut it in to smaller sections(1lb or so ) and wrap with aluminum foil.. then freeze until Tuesday Night.. Bring it down from the freezer and into the fridge at that point and it should thaw(better in smaller packages than 1 big one) for Wednesday.

Perez puts up huge K numbers, is playing on a very good team so he will get wins, and has shown the potential in the past to put up a good ERA. Also, McCann is a top 3 catcher. RT-PCR issues?

Hi, I can't get my RT-PCR to work and it's driving me nuts! Here's the deal: I have a set of total RNA samples that I prepped, and another set of RNA samples that I received from a postdoc in my lab. Every time I do RT-PCR (I've tried 3 times now), I am able to amplify product using his samples but not mine. This is a product that I absolutely should be able to amplify from my samples. My initial thought was that my RNA must be degraded, but I ran it out on a gel next to his samples and they look great--3 tight bands and no smears. I also ran a negative control for the PCR using RNA in place of cDNA template. I got no band for the control, so I do not suspect that his samples are contaminated with genomic DNA. Can anyone suggest anything else that might be going wrong? I seriously think I'm doing the exact same thing for both sets of samples, so I have no idea what the problem could be!

Should I sell my desktop and get a laptop?

It depend on your needs really. If you need the portability then I definitely upgrade. If you have no need for portability then I would stay with a desktop. Most laptops tend to be fairly underpowered. Also, back lit screens drain power. The switchable graphics card is the opposite. If you are doing normal computing you can use the slower one to save battery and switch over to the more powerful one when you want to do some gaming. All in all, I wouldn't get it unless you need the portability.

Do these medications affect birth control pills?

I am using two topical creams, clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide, for a patch of acne on my chin. I know that certain medications that you ingest, such a tetracycline, affect the pill. No one at the clinic said anything to me about these affecting it and they know I'm on the pill. My boyfriend and I always use condoms too, but I'm not okay with having if this is affecting my pills. I don't want to take a gamble with my life. Does anyone know for sure?

hi, you are in exactly the same boat as me, i had one of these done on friday and they hurt like hell dont they! i was told that my tubes werent blocked which is good. i wanted to have on the night as it was my dfay 10 so we want to cover all bases. just make sure that your hubby is really gentle and understands how unconfortable you are. i suggest that he does some DIY stimulation and just before the "end" let him insert. that what we did and it was a bit painful but it was managable. they say that you are more fertile after you have the HSG done because it flushed out your tubes so if you have any build up on any of your tubes the the dye will clean out all the debris. the dye is clear with a sticky texture. i was still loosing it the day after but by sat dinnertime i was fully recovered. fingers crossed you will be ok. i know how you feel!! good luck. x

Now, I'm a healer, often said as having some of the most beast heals people have ever seen, I have loads of Intellect and Stamina and Spirit as well, but when I switch to dps specc, I don't think my damage is quite up to par, so what I'm asking is, what stats should an elemental shaman have? I only do between 1-3k damage a hit, is that about right? I saw an 80 shaman who had only stamina and agility, but that can be right, ehh?

So, I have had depression and anger problems for a few years now, and I can't control it, I was taking therapy, and was on depression pills, and soon I got off them and Now it's back up again, Im depressed and get angry, and started back up again with making myself throw up, and get mad so easily, loosing my friends. And there is another problems that makes me irritated, no matter hwo much i try i cant seem to stop myself from doing something, for example when i was little i would havge to count to 8 before I did something, or else i felt something bad was gunna happen, and then i had to start knocking on wood if i started thinking something bad was going to happen, and i even had to bring a piece of wood to school thats hhow bad, when i was in the shower i would get out and knock on wood, and now it's a praying thing, liek father son holy spirit amen, I keep doing that about 100 times a day, or even more. I at first did it when i thought something bad, now i do is for everythinng i think of, it gets hard for me ot go to sleep, to nap, to pay attention in school, my friends make fun of me, and Nomatter what i can't stop i will feel like something bad will go on if i dont do it, and if i feel like i don't do it right i will keep doing it til i feel good....What is going on with me? Im tired of it all.

How to Fix my dilemma?

I love to cook with a crock-pot but sometimes my meat comes out too soft or there is way too much liquid in the pot like if I decide to make BBQ chicken in the pot. The puppies are kept in small pens with paper shavings as bedding and have food and water. All the pens are clean and all the puppies appear to be healthy. If you purchase a puppy, they'll send some food and preventative medicine along with the puppy. However, I'm kind of wary of this place because of the shear number of puppies being sold and the fact that the breeders just drop off the puppies to be sold by someone else rather than selling the puppies themselves. I have once, met on an online dating site, met up after talking for about 2 weeks. We met in a busy shopping centre in the city. We went to a restaurant / cafe place, then the cinema again very busy. There were always other people about. I told my mum where I was going and she came to the city with me so I had someone to go home with. It worked out fine and he was a good bloke.
