my brother is looking for the name of a old 90's kids movie about a boy with a gimp leg who fall's into an industrial water cyclone because of some dumb dare. He then travels to a world populated by anthropomorphic animals including a big rhino guy and some kangaroos who befriend him. The kangaroos are fighters for some princess (a human one) and one of the kangaroos uses a hula-hoop to fight with. if you could tell me the name that would be aw some thanks a bunch
