My old facebook just overtook my new one?!?!?

I had an older facebook that I never really use but emails went to my uncle, it was his email. So I told him to change it to my current email so I could delete the account as well as tell some older friends to request my new account. Well, after logging into that account I have been unable to log back into my new account and the emails are the same but my pword just takes me to the old one. Does anyone know a way for me to access my new account?????????
