Could i be going through early menopause?

i'm 22 with spina bifida. I keep missing my period and no possibility i could be pregnant(virgin), i get tired easily and there is hair growing where it definitely is not normal!! It is possible for spina bifida girls to go through menopause early but i'm 22! HELP!!
