Multinational Corporations?

I have this project court trial thingy for world history and i have to defend Multinational Corporations against the allegations of their inhumane treatment to international workers and poor working conditions and how its not their fault. Can anyone pls tell me how i can defend them. It seems that i am doomed in this court trial since they pretty much are guilty and i had no choice on what my topic can be
