That is one hundred and ten percent correct, if you are taking into account that the President of Iran can't declare war, only the supreme leader and that Iran is an Islamic Republic, meaning they have elections, meaning I seriously doubt that most Iranians want a war with the US just like most of us don't want a war with Iran. You are confusing our governments for the people.
