Help..farting problem :(?

This is going to sound werid and stupid but over the last couple of monhs i just havnt been able to stop farting and they come like every 10 mins ,, its reaally embing if your with ppl and tryinng to hold it in,, anyone know why this is happeing? how can i get rif of it? please help
