Do these medications affect birth control pills?

I am using two topical creams, clindamycin and benzoyl peroxide, for a patch of acne on my chin. I know that certain medications that you ingest, such a tetracycline, affect the pill. No one at the clinic said anything to me about these affecting it and they know I'm on the pill. My boyfriend and I always use condoms too, but I'm not okay with having if this is affecting my pills. I don't want to take a gamble with my life. Does anyone know for sure?
