Anyone know this Alien/Comedy/Halloween flick?

Trying to remember the name of this old movie....The plot is this pretty much, 3-4 aliens crash land onto earth...They keep their spaceship in a farm house while its undergoing repairs and mean while they go into town during the Halloween season, The people in the town are so naive they ume they are wearing really good costumes and all this madness goes on, And I believe some other alien "the bad guy" lands on earth searching for them. Any help??
