Can you delete photos & songs thru the ipod touch itself?

If you saved the image from the internet, you can delete it. If it has been uploaded from iTunes then I'm afraid you cannot. Music can only be take off through iTunes, however Podcasts can be deleted by swiping to the right on them and the pressing delete.
