I need pitching badly. which pitchers to pick up? why?

You should most definately grab Rich Hill if you have the chance. He will become an outstanding pitcher. He's on the Cubs who should get alot of wins this year. For him I would probably drop Kaz Matsui i don't see him producing this year, he won't help your team at all.
