Meditation - this happened, is this normal?

I worry less about what you experienced than how you felt about that experience. The fact that you're asking, "is it normal?" is more important to me. Meditation is a creative activity in which you allow your mind to contemplate possibilities and absorb your internal thoughts and feelings. It is a great practice and can have so many positive psychological effects, but since each person is unique, their experiences will also be different. Accept that not only will your experiences will be only yours, but that each of your following meditation experiences will be incomparable to the rest.
