Why are my African Cichlids and common Pleco fighting?

I know the answer to this, but I need advice. My 6" common Pleco just recently started getting picked on by my African Cichlids, the biggest one being about 4". My Pleco, who I will now refer to as Carl, cuz that's his name, unfortunately decided to pick the same dwelling place as my biggest Cichlid, which btw is your common blue/yellow mixed African. The Cichlid chills out in this hole in the rock, and Carl stays on the other side of the rock. The Cichlid must have noticed that Carl has chosen this to be his territory, because he is constantly and viciously picking at his fins trying to pick a fight. Instead of fleeing, Carl just sits there and takes the beating, occasionally thrashing around to fight back, but never leaves his spot. It saddens me to see this because we've had Carl for quite a while now, and there has never been any kind of aggression towards him, because he minds his own business, as most Plecos do. Since I didn't wanna come home from work to a dead Pleco, I have fished him out and put him by himself in my 26 gal bowfront that has just been recently set back up and cycled. Anyway, I want this to just be temporary as I need to move the decor around in the Cichlid tank so they could establish new territories, but I don't want this to be a recurring problem, because I just love having a Pleco in the tank. Any advice as to what I couuld do?

Dressing unique with a uniform?

well i also have to wear a uniform but i go to military school so its even stricter but for me ya u cant look different on the outside so wear a fun tank top under it or when u wear pants wear crazy knee highs under ur pants and normal socks or wear a fun necklace thats a bit longer and tuck it into ur polo same with so no pretty manis but no one is gonna c ur toes so go for a neon color and cool design so this way r u different but u cant get in trouble for it and just make r personality even brighter and louder so the whole world sees u and the real you and not wt ur wearing

Is there any way for two people to switch bodies?

Alright, this is going to sound EXTREMELY messed up, but, I would like to know if there is any way for two people to switch bodies? IE: Person goes into person2' body, and person2 goes into person's... Please do not be rude about this. I jut want a straightforward answer.

Guy loves pakistani girl?

what a shame its not a pitch for a romantic tradgedy screenplay lol. My best mate hes white brit and is in love with a pakistani chick, she loves him. They want to make it work, but shes it seems going to be forced to marry some arranged marriage. Personaly it makes me sad to see two perfectly matched people (in an imperfect world) to be stopped. I know this guy very well and hes stopped drinking and i shouldnt wonder would convert, its not just her he loves, its the whole lifestyle.
